The season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 17 this year. Our mid-week service each Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. is "Christ in the Passover," which explores the parallels between God's great act of delivering the Israelites from slavery to Pharaoh in Egypt and His great act of delivering us all from from slavery to sin, death and the devil.

In conjucntion with this Lenten series, our Sunday morning Bible study will be surveying the book of Exodus. This study meets each Sunday morning at 9:15--between the 8:00 and 10:30 services. Come and join us for a cinnamon roll, coffee and conversation about God's Word!

The Wednesday Evening Adult Bible Study will begin a new study on the Gospel of Mark on February 10, beginning at 6:30 PM in Mr. Koch's classroom led by Al Zumhofe. Mark's Gospel is a simple and precise account of Jesus' ministry that focuses more on what Jesus did than what He said, and shows who Jesus is and what He has done for people of all times and places.
